We are a Hong Kong software engineering team specialising in mobile apps, enterprise systems and web platforms. One team takes you from discovery and design through build, testing, launch and long-term maintenance.
What we do
From building a product from scratch to modernising and maintaining what you already run — we cover the full path of going digital.
Native iOS and Android, or a single Flutter / React Native codebase covering both — including store submission and ongoing releases.
From corporate and campaign sites to full e-commerce platforms with member systems — built for looks, speed and search ranking alike.
Custom internal systems that pull processes out of spreadsheets and paper, and get your data actually moving.
Cloud architecture, migration and automated deployment — so your service stays up under load and your monthly bill stays predictable.
AI applied to real business situations: support chatbots, document processing, analytics dashboards and smart recommendations.
From user research to interactive prototypes. Thinking the experience through before writing code avoids the most expensive cost of all: rebuilding.
Launch is the beginning. We provide ongoing operations, security hardening and technical support so you can focus on the business.
Before the first line of code, get clear on what to build and what to skip — and get help securing government funding.
Why iDream
Good working relationships are built on transparent communication and delivery you can verify.
Same time zone, same language. Meet us in person or at your office — you are not waiting until tomorrow for a reply.
We scope before we price, and list every deliverable. No surprise line items appearing halfway through.
Code, database schema and deployment docs are all yours. Switching teams later is always an option.
The same people handle your project from day one through launch — no handover to a different crew.
Data handled in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, with security testing and encrypted transport.
Warranty periods and long-term maintenance plans mean there is always someone to call, and fixes arrive fast.
How we work
Every stage has a defined deliverable and sign-off point, so you always know exactly where the project stands.
We learn your pain points and goals, then sketch out feasible options and a rough budget range.
Feature list, priorities and technical approach, delivered as a fixed quote with a schedule.
Wireframes and interactive prototypes let you actually use the product before it is built.
Phased development with a working build every two weeks, so you can review and steer as we go.
Production deployment, store submission, data migration and staff training — all handled by us.
Defects fixed free during warranty, then continuous improvement driven by real usage data.
Technology
We choose the stack to fit the project, instead of fitting every client into the same solution.
Industries
Every industry has its own workflows and rules. These are the needs we are asked about most often.
Membership, online-offline stock sync, digital vouchers
Ordering systems, delivery platforms, POS and kitchen display
Order tracking, warehouse management, customs paperwork
Learning platforms, school-parent comms, course and fee admin
Client onboarding, automated reporting, compliance records
Appointments, patient records, telemedicine
Listing management, tenancy systems, resident apps
Donation platforms, volunteer management, event sign-ups
Government funding
Hong Kong's Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) funds local enterprises adopting technology on a 3:1 matching basis, up to HK$600,000 cumulative per company. System development, mobile apps and e-commerce platforms are among the commonly eligible project categories, and we can help you prepare the quotations and technical documents the application requires.
Learn about the process* Actual eligibility and funding levels follow the latest announcements from the Innovation and Technology Commission. We make no representation on behalf of the government.
FAQ
Can't find your answer? Just ask — we normally reply within one business day.
It depends heavily on feature complexity, number of platforms and integrations, so the range is wide. Our approach is a free consultation first: once the feature list and priorities are clear, we give you a fixed quote itemising every deliverable, with no mid-project increases. If you have a budget ceiling, tell us — we will advise how far phase one should realistically go.
A small website usually takes 4–6 weeks. A full-featured app or enterprise system typically runs 3–6 months. We deliver in phases, so you get a working build to try every two weeks rather than seeing the product for the first time at the end.
You do, entirely. At project close we hand over source code, database schema, deployment documentation and all accounts, along with a technical walkthrough. Maintaining it yourself or moving to another team later is entirely your call.
Yes. Every project includes a warranty period during which defects caused by our code are fixed free of charge. After that you can choose a monthly or pay-as-you-go maintenance plan covering monitoring, updates, backups and support.
Not at all. The earlier we are involved, the more expensive detours we can help you avoid. We start by clarifying target users, core features and priorities, then work out how far phase one should go.
Yes. We begin with a code and architecture review covering current state, risks and recommendations, then decide whether to continue building or refactor. You receive the review as a written report — yours to keep even if we never work together.
Absolutely. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive discussion, and project information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Yes. Hong Kong is our main market, and we work end to end in either English or Chinese with clients based elsewhere.
Tell us the problem you want solved and we will come back with an approach, a schedule and a budget range. Even if we never work together, that is yours to keep.
